Intensive Therapy

Intensive Therapy is a modern, 21st century approach to therapy without the risk of being emotionally overwhelmed.

It is not a ‘quick fix’. It is structured to gain immediate ‘pain-release’, it is fast and it is lasting. This avoids prolonged times of therapy and you will benefit immediately from your changes.

While other therapies are based on weekly sessions, intensive therapy is ONE WEEK (or 3 consecutive weekends) of 4 to 5 hour sessions per day. 

This specific way of working with a client condenses the equivalent of 12 to 16 months of therapy into a one-week, intensive, one-to-one treatment and is the most effective way forward.

Intensive therapy takes you safely through the rebuilding process towards new, positive results. You will be given the tools to employ throughout your life thereafter.
