Face to Face


Face to face counselling is always the better option, if you wish to discuss challenging issues. It should be favoured over telephone counselling, because the therapist has an opportunity to observe and assess how you physically react during the discussion.

This observation of your reactions during a consultation can assist greatly with determining positive courses of action for you to undertake.

Of course, it may not always be possible for a face to face consultation, and rather than have no consultation at all, a telephone discussion is still far better than nothing.

Some people may prefer to work with me via telephone, and in some cases, this is perfectly okay. But it might become aparrent that face to face consultations would be more beneficial, and if this is the case, I will advise you.
